> OSD does not work in World of Warcraft, it has not for a few versions Could be solved by reading release notes. It is now right in the main window and called "Custom Direct3D support". If you want more complex GPU and CPU statistics, then you should consider getting MSI Afterburner, as well as RivaTuner Statistics Server. Additionally, it might not work if your Steam overlay is disabled, so make sure you enable it. > I use to get around this by selecting "compatibility with modified Direct3D runtime libraries" in the option but now that option is gone. This will work in all Steam games, not just Cyberpunk 2077. Tho the second i start warthunder and try to see my overlay.
#RIVA TUNER STATISTICS SERVER NOT SHOWUNG UP UPDATE#
The old version worked in Dota 2 and most other games, but I had a streak of games where it didnt work (Far Cry 4, Lichdom: Battlemage and Dragon Age Inquisition) so I decided to update Precision X and RivaTuner Statistics Server. RivaTuner stats Server this app cant run on this pc. I will run it in full screen, windowed borderless, windowed and overlay is there. Its not working in Dragon Age Inquisition or Dota 2. MSI Afterburner - Overlay not showing 1 Post by bmwGTR » 20:20 Hello, currently I try to get the Overlay from MSI Afterburner (with RivaTuner Statistics Server) to work with ETS2/ATS.

Those who cannot read documentation, install and configure it properly should simply avoid installing it.Īny issue mentioned in this thread can be solved by simple documentation reading but nobody ever reads anything. The overlay shows up no problem with all sorts of my games run on steam and not only. However, the release of MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner Statistics fixed this problem. So it is now left as an optional install for experienced users only with non-EVGA EULA.
But still decided to give experienced Precision users a chance to use it, at least as additional third-party install.
I intended to remove it from Precision at all in 4.1.0 to stop this "I cannot configure OSD" nonsense and leave it for more experienced Afterburner user base only. Too complex for "average Joe" user and gives too many headache in forums. OSD was not supposed to be in Precision at all, OSD was not a part of contact/dev.budget, I was too stupid to add it to Precision per my own wish to help experienced users and blamed myself 1000 times for this decision. That's exactly why I removed it from Precision.
